Scope of this Standard

This Publicly Available Specification (PAS) specifies requirements for materials used in the construction of solar collectors. Included are technical requirements related to performance, as well as the relevant test methods. This PAS applies to the following types of solar collectors: a) unglazed and glazed flat plate collectors; b) concentrating collectors; and c) boiling/condensing collectors. This document does not prescribe requirements for evacuated tube solar collectors
